Fantasy NBC's Grimm

Good guess there. It's possible they weren't really there, or that they were but what Wu heard is not what they said (which was, it's all real, it did happen).

Doubt it, if that were the fact then that scene wouldn't have started outside the room where Wu wouldn't hear anything.

I know, but it doesn't mean that what he heard is what they said.

Wu was just imagining Nick and Hank in his room at the end but they need to tell him and pronto!

Hmm, weird theory.Although now that i think about it, Nick and hank did sound a bit weird considering they knew what Wu had seen wasn't an illusion, plus Hank had been pushing for them to let him in on it. It almost felt like a dream sequence.

I hope they don't put this Wu sub-plot on the back burner like they've done with Nick turning grey, etc. I'm glad they're finally doing something with his character.

And man, Adelin's baby was creepy as ****!

The other thing was that Wu's face scratch wasn't there until he suddenly turned and then it appeared but Nick and Hank were gone and then he saw the monster again. It just all made me think Wu was hallucinating.

Agreed, to me Nick and Hank need to sort the Wu situation out immediately, unless the actor has left show.

I meant to mention that, CGI baby face was scary!

Well they resolved the Wu storyline pretty quickly and effectively.

I liked the story this week, tying the Wesen into ancient Egyptian mythology was pretty cool and I think Alexander and the Council will be a bigger problem for Nick in the future, maybe even the next big threat after the Royal Family are dealt with.

Looking at the preview for next week we are getting a Wesen Carnival, but even more interesting was the brief glimpse a bit further ahead to Nick, Momma Grimm and Adelind in what looks like it will be a big ep, loved the visual of them heading to a plane in the snow.

Yeah, glad they didn't drag the Wu story out too long. Though I have to wonder how voluntarily admitting yourself affects your status as a police officer? I guess if they give you a clean bill of health it's okay.

Seeing Rosalee dress up for the wesen carnival was the high light of the ep. :hrt:

^^^ Indeed! :D I always like how the show continues filtering the Wessen mythos into things we see in the every day world as well.

I am finally starting to catch up with my extensive DVR list and today I watched the last three episodes of Grimm. I really enjoyed all of them, which is a good thing because it means the show is still in a stride.

Adaline - I haven't been too much into her story and the baby stuff, but it's clear there is something "special" about the kid, which now makes her and the baby very relevant. I am glad the show invested me in this story because I'm now super intrigued.

Wu = WOW! I didn't think I would like him going through his crazy "I just seen a Wessen" moment, but it was very touching and moving in a way. I have often wondered what would happen if a non-informed person saw a Wessen without preparation. This answered that question, but you know Wu's journey isn't done. Something is going to happen from all that, and I think that's going to be awesome because I've been wanting his character included more into the plots.

Also can I say as a side note that I am happy to see more TV shows including Filipino characters and Tagalog on TV. That's totally awesome.

Rosalie and Monroe - Well....I'm still not very interested in their side story. Though I will say the several scenes at the dinner table with Nick, Julia, Monroe and Hank made me want Rosalie to stick around for a while longer...but sorry (Hunter) I think it would still be more interesting if Rosalie dies. I'm wondering if that might actually happen considering Nick's dream.

Hank - meh...He had a bit of a storyline earlier, but I'd like to see him doing more in the fights than just standing around looking at Nick like "bro you're awesome". Dude is a cop, so he should have some kind of skills.

Anyhoo...those are my thoughts.

I am glad that NBC's Grimm got a fourth season because everything on the show is amazing.

I know that a lot of Filipinos have Chinese last names (I'm Filipino myself—but I have a Spanish last name). But I totally didn't think that Wu was Flip. Shows are usually more apt to cast Vietnamese, Chinese or Japanese as the show's token East Asian.

Kinda neat, actually.

They need to show us more of Nick's unique abilities after his encounter with the baron. Seeing as how his mom returns maybe they'll get more into it.

No new ep this week? These breaks are killing me….

Like I said in the Agents of Shield Thread I would blame the long breaks on the Olympics if we didn't have them I doubt we would have as many breaks as we had in TV this Winter.

I thought so. I thought it was very cool and a good nod to the show's desire to include other cultural legends.

we finally get an answer. a grimm's eyes turns black when someone woges. that's how they are able to tell Nick is a grimm.

Great episode this week, finding out that little tidbit about Nick was cool and everything with his mom, Juliette and Adiland was good. The latter seems to be softening a bit since giving birth.

This ep was all focused on the biggest story and I think that may well continue as we head to the season finale as things are in place for a big showdown. The Verrat's promotional policy is the same as The Empire's I see. :funny:

Anyone who watches Supernatural probably laughed that they have demon eyes. And a pair of sunglasses is all a Grimm needs to "hide" their true nature from Wessen apparently. :funny:

Cool ep. Julia's " You put me in a coma *****…" line was unexpected and funny.

Looks like the baby is going to be a big deal now, and probably going into the next season.

I have a feeling that something will happen to Adelind, and Nick and Julia will end up raising the baby as their own. Mama Grimm's whole speech about the baby being raised by the right people, pretty much foreshadowed that.
