NBC's "Life"

Fantastic episode tonight.

Easily one of the best of the series, I think.

I can't believe I had to dig this thread up from page 3! This show's way too good for that.

Also, is the move to Wednesdays an indicator of better ratings?

BEST EPISODE YET! Very well done. They dropped the case of the week theme tonight and it worked perfectly.

And now it's moving to Wed night at 9...there is a god! I thought for sure NBC was going to let this show just rot away with the terrible Friday timeslot.

Great episode!

But I have no idea who that hot girl was that the dude called to pull the pencil out.

WOW. What a great episode. Best of this season so far.

BTW the girl Ted called was Charlie's dad's new wife. It was a whole "thing" in episode 2 of the first season.

Awesome episode, when I could hear it among the bedtime stories for children.:up:

Agree, this show is to good to not always be on the front page of the TV series section of this forum. Great episode indeed.

And I dont think the red head is officially married to Crews dad yet, could have sworn I heard her say tonight when they were drunk, "I'm marrying Crews Father" and Ted said something like "Then why haven't you done it yet." I think if they aren't going to explore the Father Son relationship on the show anymore, they should pursue the red head/Ted relationship.

Yeah, agreed. Though I think it'll be uber awkward for Ted to steal Charlie's Dad's fiance. On a lot of levels. Even though Charlie doesn't like his dad, it's still an awkward situation.

The best part about last night's episode was the announcement of it being moved back to it's original time slot of Wednesday night @ 9. :word:

Also, the part where the recent parolee gets shot in the back of the cop car. Genius. And I love the new addition of the new police captain. Too bad he's set to leave for HBO's 1% series. :csad:

:cmad:

Then why even come on the show?!

The 1% HBO series is in the center of a lawsuit, so who knows when it's going to start. Donal Logue probably taped Life before 1%, and since 1% is in post-production, he could go back and do more Life episodes while the other show is in limbo.

Probably has something to do with FX's Sons of Anarchy.

They never really explained why the previous captain got demoted......but I love the return of "The Wall"

Solid episode last night. That scheme they ran switching the X-Boxes with fruitcakes was brilliant. I liked what Crews did for the kid at the end. And next week it looks like Crews is going to have some fun. :applaud

Also, I think Jack Reese is dead. Or more likely on the run.

Jack Reese is on the run....it seems like whoever is behind all this has him scared enough to take off and not look back for the time being

The awkward scene between Bobby, Crews, Resse & the Chief was funny.

And I now want to be a cop. Badge bunnies

Pretty good episode last night, the diner scene at Crews' house was great.

Don't think I'll ever understand the attraction to her captain she is soooo out of his league.

I think it's because Reese sees the captain as "damaged" like she is, and feels more comfortable around that, than she would be with a "normal" guy, and feeling inferior emotionally.

And yes. She is HOT. That "boot" scene...:applaud

Captain still looks like he smells like Brut and cheese though.

Damian Lewis is one of those actors who just NEEDS a comic book franchise... Something like The Atom.. Anyone agree?
