Need help tracking down an 80's horror movie that I can't remember.

It's been bugging me a lot lately since I love 80's horror, but here's the only scene I remember:

A scared woman walks into her kitchen, hear's a noise coming from her pizza box. She lifts the pizza box open and the pizza is alive and tries to eat her (or makes a noise, can't remember). She quickly shuts the pizza box and escapes her kitchen (and I think she makes her way to her window and uses the fire escape).

While on the subject of old horror movies, does anyone remember this?


A young girl and boy run into a house. A man , who might of been a detective, comes through the front door and accidentally knocks the girl down a flight of stairs. She dies.


I saw the scene on tv as a kid and it's never left my mind but haven't seen the film since then

Yeha , that's really out there but silly. I think the scene in Nightmare on Elm St 4 with Freddy eating a meatball pizza ( made of souls) is worse.

It's not but it was definitely from that era. Thanks for trying. I'm surprised I haven't seen that film. I just skimmed most of it on youtube.

I got a horror movie stuck in my head but I was pretty young and can't remember the name.

It starts out with the parents leaving their child home with a babysitter. They arrive back later on and are asking where the babysitter is and somehow either the kid tells them or they just find her head sitting on a plate in the fridge. (I believe the kid did it but I don't remember anything beyond that)

I was only about 5-6 at the time and was able to watch a lot of horror and b-movies during that time due to my older siblings but for some reason this scene sticks in my mind.

Haha wow I remember that as a kid, the ending kinda freaked me out.

The problem with the scenes that we remember is that there were a lot of horror movies with similar scenes. Thank god mine was the only one with a monster pizza.
