Late 90s early 00s cable movie.

A hot lady by the name of Emanuelle and she was in space. I don't remember much of the plot.

That's a softcore adult film... lol

OK I need help remembering the title of this 90s film. In my head it starred Emilio estevez but it doesn't seem so. The main character is a cop I think and he partners up with this little alien dude that looks like Alf. I think the poster has them standing back to back in the classic way.
