Yeah. Was told that there was a very funny [BLACKOUT]JJ Abrams joke [/BLACKOUT]in the film. Does anyone know what it is?
He is pretty fantastic. When he uses his "ability" to win the fight...Dave Franco's character stole it for me.
When I saw it, I felt like the start was a bit bumpy, but now I think that was because of how uncomfortable the setup is. Watching these "adults" try and appeal to these college kids is kind of horrifying, and I think it sets the tone perfectly. Stuff like when that certain cop shows up the first time, painful. Not surprised. The movie is hilarious and should appeal to all ages and sexes that enjoy raunchy comedies. It has a bumpy start, but this is a great summer comedy that will have long legs.
There is a "conversation" between Byrne and Rogen's characters that explicitly states that isn't what she wants to be. She doesn't want to be his levelheaded wife. She wants to be the "wacky" one. And the film holds true to that idea.i read that Byrne is funny and is not only the wife to the fun male character.
Thank you, I couldn't remember who they mentioned. They both wanted to be Kevin James in the relationship. Loved the film. It was hilarious.
