There's plenty of real Italian actresses who can do it. Despite how people might complain about it Cleo was Caucasian. She was portrayed as an Egyptian because she was raised as a royal.

If people want to see a story about a non-Caucasian ancient Royal head of an empire write a story about Nefertiti or Hesphesput (sp? she was took on the royal beard when she became a Pharaoh, lots of blood and drama for her story).
