New costume for Batman? Yes or No?

Of course both of their costumes will get some kind of updating. Batman's costume in BvS was... the best live action so far, I think a lot of people would agree, but at times, it just seemed unbelievably bulky. Not in every shot, but there were a few. I think if they just took things in a bit, make it more believable that a man can move like this guy does. From what we've seen of the Suicide Squad and Batman's appearance in it - the costume looks more like what I'm talking about (more slender). Anyone agree?

I never noticed it being too bulky in the film. The promo shots had me worried though. What scenes/shots specifically?

I think what you're seeing in Suicide Squad is the stunt double being smaller than Affleck so yes the suit is slimmer because it's the double's suit and he is slimmer. We saw Affleck with the Bruce Wayne wig on so we know that Bruce is in the movie and I would imagine there is at least one non action Batman scene where he speaks but other than that I think the double did most of the work. The actual costume doesn't appear changed at all.

Don't like the golden outline on the bat at all, looks tacky as hell. And that utility belt is a hot mess. They managed to make New 52 suit look even worse.

Keep the main suit the same but maybe he breaks out a reworked slimmed down version of his dkr superman battle armor so that he can tussle with the parademons if need be.

A grey suit with white eyes version of the JL 3000 suit is what I want to see. It is like armour which will help him in combat. If someone were to manip this in the classic Black and Grey colours on the same lines of bvs, then it would be perfect for JL.

I don't like the yellow outline on the rebirth costume, but I do like the purple inside of the cape. It reminds me of the cartoon Batmans.

Uh yeah that's way too out there. Do it like Marvel. They realize their costumes are already iconic so they just modernize the classic suits, usually making few changes. There are exceptions of course but generally Marvel has adapted the comics costumes with few changes.

I have to say, il be a little disappointed in Bats doesn't have a slightly updated costume when we see the reveal in 30 minutes.

I've kind of changed my mind to 'no'. The suit will get tweaks like Superman did in BvS... But come on, you can't change perfection.
