I like the new clip this movie can possibly work. For example, Ang Lee let us go into the mind of the Hulk and of course put many of us to sleep with barely no action but when Louis Letterier made the Hulk kick some ass it worked.

I like the 04 Punisher but that movie needed a shot of adrenaline. I rather see a knife in someone's head than seeing someone getting stuck with a ice pop.

I read somewhere Frank intended to join the ministry after retiring from the force. In the last film Frank was moving his family away to start a new, hopefully peaceful life.

I want to be excited about this movie, but I'm having a hard time getting there, and honestly, that clip didn't inspire enough in me.

I like it, hopefully his origin is he is a retired marine who's family is killed in central park. That plot line alone will make it the most faithful Punisher film yet. Stevenson is gonna do a pretty iconic take, just unleashing death and mutilation.I will even say possibly the most punishing Punisher ever.

Too me I never understood why they had to change his origin to make him a damn cop/Fed in the Dolph and Jane Punisher films.

I hope he is just a marine in this film, an Uber-Marine Special Forces Black op's Nightmare Man, but a simple retired Marine to his family.

Well, he was a soldier in the 2004 film , he wasn't a marine but Delta Force is nothing to **** with. And he's never really just been a marine he's gone through a whole slew of training. I don't see him being a G-man detracting from anything in the 2004 film.

hmmm. I'm still very cautious, but I will say, that is definitely good news to hear.

I just gotta say....The Shield is the greatest show or any form of media entertainment EVER. Anyone who is a Punisher fan should watch this entire series. They're down to the last episode ever and it's the ****ing amazing
