Yeah the race from Spy Kids 3d. I'm a huge Speed Fan and while it may turn out to be awesome...the pics and the footage look like crap.

agreed...when the mach5 was debut back around comiccon time, i thought "holy crap this is gonna be awesome!"....then emil hirsh(sp?) made the green screen comment and all my hopes for this movie began to crack. those pictures shattered them completely.

Agreed, how anyone can think that's CGI is beyond me. It's just plain bada$$.

I don't think there's any doubt that the Iron Man armor looks absolutely jaw-droppingly awesome when not moving.
What needs to be seen now is how it looks in movement.

some damage like her would be ok. it would make the suit more interesting.

you know like they are giving every suit some texture so that it doesnt look so simple? here soem skratches would make a difference.

shove it up your ass, NM. i posted my opinion like everyone else. you had to drag it down by starting in with namecalling and personal attacks. christ, i said it's a cool pic, i just want to see something that looks real, and this looks digitally created to me.

He looked great in the footage we saw at the comic con with the flaps on his back moving up and down, etc...That was extremely early footage. When all the CGI layering is done it's gonna be sick.

I probably wasn't clear enough. I was thinking about the practical armor in movement. I'm worried it'll be clunky and whatnot.

Nah it'll be lightweight so he should be able to move fine. I'm still wondeing if it's metallic armor, composite, or a combination. Or maybe just the faceplate is Iron in the Mark 3 armor. We'll see how they explain the ultra thin sleek design. It'll be fun to watch either way.

The picture is cool. Too bad the movie doesn't look that way. Personal opinion and all, and to me it looks like another Silver Surfer. (In a way of too much stupid humor)
If the action is good then there is at least ONE reason to watch it.
