New Joe Fridays Week 11....or how Darthphere begins his dominance.

I think it's safe to say most of them are. That said, Millar and Ennis and those types are an extreme but vocal minority.

Ennis is just ****ing crazy.

I live thousands of miles away from the US and I know Replubicans are evil :p

Politicians period are evil. Democrat, Republican, doesn't matter.

So what's the next step in Darthphere's dominance? Is Didio going to mispell his name next?

Yes. And then DiDio will give an uncharacteristically sensible response to Darthpere's question, "Dude, what's the deal with Alan Fury, agent of Checkmate?"

Um, Darth, on a complete tangent from all the politics, which i have to confess to being FAR from well-versed in, i just thought i'd point out why he called you 'Darthphere'...

... it's because NEWSARAMA called you darthphere...

NEWSARAMA said:
"Darthphere 08" asks: Why is SHIELD, an international spy agency, enforcing US law? Wouldn't that be like the United Nations enforcing our laws?

JQ: Darthpere, SHIELD is an international organization that's based in the US and that's headed up and largely staffed by Americans...

sorry to take away the Anti-JQ ammo...

:O

I can't go more than a post or two without seeing severe mis-spellings, grammatical errors, missing caps/paragraphs/punctuation and downright stupidity. I think I can overlook one missing "h."

I thought Marvel wasnt doing anymore big crossovers????

Well the CIA is located in America as is the United Nations. Both largely staffed by Americans. However due to the nature of both agencies, one being used as intelligence gathering (like SHIELD) and one the UN (kinda self explanatory) neither would enforce such an act.

However the lead organization on this should have been the FBI.

Well, we're the ones who elect them, so I wouldn't be too judgemental.

Yeah, but it IS apparent a lot of writers are liberal.
most creative people in general are... its cuz we think outside the box :D

Dread should ask JQ about book promotion and pushing new books or new characters that aren't big cross-over events.

 Before freaking out, you should try to read between the lines.

Comicbook writers, like most members of the media, are incredibly liberal. You will notice over history that whenever a Republican is in the White House, they make the government out to be evil. Civil War would never have happened if Herman Munster was elected last time instead of Bush. The initial plans for Ultimate X-Men were for them to be a paramilitary presidential task force. Then Bush got elected.

Now do you understand me, after I explained myself thoroughly?

I so would of voted for Herman Munster or Gomez Addams.
