It's probably not a poster, but it could be an official promo pic. Check out the honeycomb pattern, especially on the hand. With fan art, you usually don't see that level of correct detail.

I think it's real. I can't recall have seen this picture ever and the symbol on the chest is the one that we are going to see on the symbiote (because generally when somebody makes a fan art with the black suit, the symbol remains the one on the red and blue suit).

Also, remember the other promo pic with Pete tearing open the shirt revealing the symbiote spider? Everyone said, it's fake at first, of course, it turned out to be real. The backround was crappy, just like this one. Studios often make promo pics with dull backrounds so the picture really focuses on the star.

That thing is NOT FAN-MADE!!! You can just see it's the real thing, it's obvious!... maybe not a poster, but definitly an official promo-pic... Only North America has received a teaser poster for spidey3 (that 3-D one!)... no other where in the world, is a spidey 3 poster to be seen, yet!

Since it's probably a promo pic, they like to show the actors faces. This way you see Tobey and the suit. Sony usually gives these type pics to media outlets to go along with magazine, web, or newspaper articles.
