Looks like the jury's still out on wether Raimi may come back or not. As far as the producers are concerend there's no reason to replace him. However, I'm just glad he's not involved with the story/plot process. Hopefully we can get much better stories this time round with better characterizations.

I agree, but the GOOD thing about that is; Avi insisted on including Venom because of all the fans requests...now, you can see the fans clamoring to include The Lizard for SM4 on practically every message board on the net, so hopefully that's what he'll give us next go round.

Even though it's not confirmed that Sam will be director, he would love to do it so hopefully Sony will have him as director. I'm really excited about which writer they are going to pick.

freakin avi, and if you go on the link looks at all the comments on rotten tomatoe and you see how how many many people disliked SM3 or thought it could have been better

I hope both Raimi and Tobey come back. They are both great together and both seem to know how to make a good Spidey movie.
