OMG this is too funny. I went on a road trip with my friends awhile ago and for some reason this campaign was discussing during it so we started trying to re-name animals

For example, if Fish are "Sea Kittens" we reasoned that Kittens could be "Land Fish"

It got ridiculous.
Rabbits= Tiny Vegetarian Wolves
Wolves= Large Carnivorous Rabbits
Hippos= Large Wingless Birds
Birds= Tiny Winged Hippos

Well humans aren't really meant to live in arctic conditions anyway. As an animal we are definitely more designed for a warm climate.

Ha, I'm not a PETA fan, but I have to say that I find this particular advertising campaign to be more intelligent than usual. Will it work? No, but "sea kittens" really DOES sound too cute to eat. Unfortunately, fish just aren't cute At least they've got a campaign that's based around legitimate tactics...wording is key in every kind of advertising.

Not completely related to PETA, but I've heard of some people putting their dogs and cats on vegan diets. It's just of those things that makes you want to shout WTF. Denying carnivorous animals meat.

Putting cats on Vegan diets is actually the stupidest thing in the world. Cats are true carnivores aren't they? They don't eat ANY vegetables and to basically force them to eat something which their bodies aren't meant to have is pretty much just as bad as slaughtering animals for meat as far as I'm concerned. Vegans aren't all bad but some of them are seriously deluded.
