I would go with either Ralph Fiennes or Hugo Weaving for Norman.

yeah I'd like to see a wholesome type norman, maybe have him wear glasses as norman... kind of an evil clark kent thing (just with the glasses, not norman acting like a bumbling idiot)

I'm thinking I should pursue a career as a producer / casting director. Not trying to brag or anything.. but I did suggest Downey, Jr. before he was cast. And Chris Nolan for Batman back when he did Insomnia.
