    This thread is to speculate and discuss the mystery of the man in the shadows because he will probably be the main villain.

    It has been said that the man in the shadows is not Norman Osborn. So now it can be one of the many other villains that have been mentioned. While Spider-man has many villains, maybe the scene gives a hint on who the villain is.
    It has also been said that Michael Masse who plays the man in the shadows is David Lowell, some scientist Oscorp employee. But that seems to be a complete deception on who it really is.
    The man in the shadows is just too interesting, he needs his own thread. He raises some interesting questions because he is certainly no ordinary employee of Oscorp. What of the way he is dressed and acts? Does Connors know him? Probably seen him before maybe. Or maybe Dr Connors knew Norman would have somebody visit him.
    The villain could be somebody who is a freelancer, like a mecernary for hire, but thats just speculation. So what do we know for sure?

    Speculations say its electro, mysterio, etc.

    If it's not Norman Osborn, it's someone who's had really close ties to Oscorp since the death of Richard and Mary Parker. Why else would he ask if Peter found out about his parents?

    Either that or he has really good inside information on Oscorp, coupled with a special interest in Peter Parker.
