That reminds me that while I hope that all the actors and previous directors have their input, at the same time I hope this movie doesn't end up with too many cooks spoiling the broth. When watching behind-the-scenes footage and reading articles, you can tell that during TIH Letterier and Norton were running the operation from all angles (you even see them standing side by side looking at the designs and making judgment calls as the producers watch on), and during Iron Man 2 Favreau and Downey are on top of things, even coming up with the story together. So Marvel may need to be a little more controlling this time around.
It seems with all the other movies they met with the directors and actors, discussed what they wanted to do to make sure they were on the same page (unlike their co-productions where the studios hired any hot new actor and generic blockbuster director) and them let them do the rest as they kind of kept watch from behind glass, giving their input and advice once in a while, then coming in at the end to make final calls on the film.
