Yeah I don't know what compelled him to make the goal as high as "50,000". 10,000 or even 25,000 would've been more appropriate/realistic.

I'll pass on Norton. Even though I enjoyed TIH better than Hulk. I prefer Bana or a fresh face to Nortons boring version of Banner. I felt lik Norton was playing Norton not Banner.

No thanks. Just say no to Bana. Zero chance of it happening anyways. Norton's the guy. It's almost like you were accusing him of not having range and that couldn't be further from the truth.

I love Norton and I loved TIH and I wouldn't be against him being in the Avengers movie. The thing is he didn't embody Banner for me nor did Bana for that matter. The problem with replacing Norton so soon would be having to see a third version of Bruce in a reletively short amount of time. I would prefer to have Hulk and working around Banner if possible.

Probably a small part of it, yes. Also Marvel isn't sure how interested people are in the Hulk, so if people demand Banner's return he'll more likely be put in. Hulk is in it for sure Feige said, Banner they're not sure. They want to know people still want to see Banner's story develop. It's not a matter of recasting, it's a matter of Banner's character at all.

Ya .... the guy who's passion for Marvel and the Hulk is unrivaled by most mainstream actors "mailed it in. He didn't put any thought into the character, not even the movie for that matter. That's probably why he was so upset about what happened to the movie once that former Marvel exec got a hold of it.

You watched some other movie.

It's called a "budget" fella. Unfortunately it could cost the movie having Norton's involvement. Which would be ridiculous because EN is a draw in himself. People would most definitely pay to see guys like RDJ and EN together.

I really hope Norton isn't playing the fans for fools and using us as leverage to up his salary at Marvel. I found his performance to be very mediocre as Banner, certainly nothing that stood out based on his previous work. If his reps are gonna try to up his salary close to say RDJ's salary, I say get lost. As much as his name alone adds to the lure and the star power, it's not worth it. Especially if it will be next to impossible to get a TIH sequel made.

you can still have the hulk without banner. not sure its a good idea to force banner in the movie if he isnt planned for it. then he will just seemed forced. i would rather see a hulk who talks in the avengers than banner.

I don't think it's a matter of recasting, Norton already said he'd do it, the petition is to get Banner written into the script period. If it works and he's included, I'm pretty sure Norton is the 1st man Marvel will go to, since he's already agreed and he's already Banner in the movie-verse
