Is it really that surprising? I mean, at this point, why would anyone drop 52? I'm of the opinion that the only reason 52 is doing so well is because it has the Missing Year gimmick to go with it.

true.

I've been trying to drop it for about a month now but something manages to pull me back in or "just on more issue".

Damn I wish i had me some self respect.

Actually it didnt, its underselling, and trust me, theres plenty of interest, theres a reason why stingy Marvel is greenlighting 2 ongoings coming out of Annihilation. So I guess you need to get informed before you start spouting crap.

Well I hope both of you fans enjoy the ongoings before they are cancelled four months into it :D

With no Civil War in December, will it be Justice League's turn to be on top?

What's up with that? I thought after November's issue, everything was suppose to be back on track. When is the next issue due out?

The real question is what is DC going to do after 52 ends. After the first batch of issues, did One Year Later really do much for the books that were involved? With the success of the relaunch of Justice League of America, the relaunch of Justice Society didn't hit the top ten. If you took out 52, what issues would have come after them?

(It really seems like DC is riding the whole "Infinite" theme into the ground. The Infinite Crisis Holiday special wasn't anything special, and at 4.99, waaaay over priced for what they gave the reader. There plan seems to put Infinite in front of a title to try and get it to sell. At least Marvel has a plan. Avenger's Disassembled led nicely into House of M, which led nicely into Decimation. Civil War keeps the story going, without being dependant on reading the previous big stories, and it will lead into a variety of other stories, like World War Hulk and whatever happens with the Inhumans and Atlanteans.

#6 is due on January 3rd, and #7 on January 31st. Steve McNiven got some sort of infection, so Marvel shifted everything back two weeks. As scheduling changes go, it isn't that big, and it didn't affect anything other than the main book.
