Feel sorry for that teacher. Kids can be vicious brats. Someone needs to jerk that kid up by the scruff and beat his ass.

I also feel sorry for him. Teachers' hands are really tied in regards to how they can/can't discipline a student who misbehaves. I'm not saying the dude needed to punch the kid, but if he did something as simple as holding him back with his hand--which I'm sure the teacher is capable of--the child could tell his parents that the teacher hit him. Then the teacher's in for a ****storm.

More or less if you're larger, or you're a male, you attempt to do anything other than defend yourself against someone physically attacking you you're going to look like the bad guy regardless.

I've said the exact same thing in countless conversations. It's a lose-lose situation. You either a) risk injury by taking punishment or b) risk getting arrested if you defend yourself.

4 foot 2 is pretty damn big for a 6 year old, isn't it? That's like 122cm, isn't it?

Dwarfs what my little girl would have been at that age. I was wondering how a six year old could cause that much damage... but I've seen kids who are far bigger than their age suggests they should be.
