Man, I would love that limited edition if it came to North Amer...

Wait, WAIT!? That's actually coming to North America!? My God, never thought I'd see the day!

Apparently the recommended price as 49.99.

Good ol' Gamestop.

Looks like scalpers bought a lot of them, people on Amazon are ****ing pissed. Really should limit the number per customer.

I wonder what the eBay price will be.

Good ol' Gamestop.

They're two different editions. There's the limited edition with the Skull Kid figure only that's $50 and was suppose to be available at Gamestop and Amazon. The $85 edition has the figure, but also has an exclusive book pictured above and is only at Gamestop. They still had a listing for the regular LE.

EDIT: You have also buy that book separately as well for $35

The Limited Edition Bundle is not available on Gamestops Website. The more expensive one with the book seems to be. I don't know if its Gamestop ****ing up or Nintendo, but a pre-order shouldn't sell out that ****ing fast.

So wait is this sold out already?

Apparently. It went up for a brief period yesterday, and was "sold out" almost immediately. The $85 edition is up right now it seems, and it's a Gamestop exclusive.

But I got a pre-order in by going in store and asking to order via "Warehouse In Store". You have to pay in full, and they'll ship it to your home as opposed to picking it up in store. They seem to be taking pre-orders for it that way. Might want to check that out, because who knows if it'll come back up again.

Man I want it! But I'm not getting it from Gamestop. Hoping it goes back up on Amazon.

Guys, go to Gamestop, they can still do it in the store, or they could earlier today anyway. I got mine. Though I would not be amazed if I got a cancellation in December.

Yeah, but as I said:

Yeah. I better not get a cancellation e-mail come December. The guy at the store tried to get me to pay 11 dollars for shipping.

I really wish Nintendo would stop doing business with them. Amazon is so much better.

The game will be out before then, December 31st is just a placeholder for when a date hasn't been announced.

You had to pay for shipping? I didn't have to pay for shipping whenever I've ordered the ship to home option, got two amiibos that way too.

Shipping is free for orders over 25, but he automatically charged 11 for shipping (hopefully 3 business days?).

I pointed that out, and he changed it. They really should tell you if you can get it shipped for free. Ah well.

I actually thought it would be December 31, so that's good to hear.

You shouldn't have to pay any shipping if you do the whole order in store to ship to home. The two amiibos I got that way were $12.99, and I didn't pay shipping, and I paid for them separately. You might want to go back and make some inquiry about that, doesn't sound right, at least to my experience.

I may miss out in due to my refusal to get it from GameStop. :p

I'm reading that people are saying that even the Warehouse option (this is the option via Gamestop to buy in store and ship to home) are now being told it is out of stock. So, the option may be gone even at Gamestop. It did pop up at Best Buy as well, but like Amazon and Gamestop, was "sold out" almost instantly.

I don't get what is up with Nintendo, with this and the amiibo's it's nuts.

Nintendo ships in small amounts. It's pretty frustrating. Finding a copy of Fire Emblem Awakening the week that game came out was a Herculean effort.

It's not a particularly new thing, Nintendo has always shipped lesser amounts of things. It's one of many ways they cut costs. It's one of the reasons that Nintendo games have always keep high value, since stock is much lower on their items than the average company. Few of their first party titles stay in constant print.

But I do agree, this sucks. I would think they'd at least want to get pre-orders up for a month or something. Even for a limited edition, a few hours is too limited. Hopefully, they open it up again like they did for Wind Waker HD collector's edition.

I still need to get that and probably should stat. There games go out of stock/print quickly too. I think Pikmin 3 is already unavailable and going for high prices. I may start getting Wii U games even though I don't have one yet.
