Finished Ninja Gaiden Black on Master Ninja. I got the glow Reek. :oldrazz:

I actually have no problem with fighting. I really like it. My problem is I don't want to use the good weapons, and the crappy weapons last like 5 hits most of the time.

I also think it made little sense to make the bows breakable. Especially as there is no system to line up a new one right after it breaks.

Yea the bows breaking are my biggest complaint so far.... or the lack of a repair system.

Maybe I've just gotten lucky, but after the first few hours I've had an almost never ending supply of good weapons. So many in fact that I've had to leave several behind because I already had too many.

The focus on breakable weapons does create larger issues for the game however, such as it having (at least so far) a pretty poor variety of enemies. They know you're always going to need more weapons, so the game is full of Moblins, Stalflos, Lizaflos, and little else. Every other kind of enemy dies in just one hit for this exact reason as well.

might just be me, but i think its very reminiscent of Zelda 2 AoL.

Zenith i was just cracking a joke lol

anyhow, with the weapons... breaking down and all is fine, but the 'special' weapons you get from completing big quests/main quests should do the same as the divine spirit powers... have limited uses then recharge/repair themselves over time.

the jumping out the window part wasn't aimed at you ether. I just said it. when ever i'm positive I get grief for so... any way it's not important , I know I high lite your last words t in red too. but the first short sentence was for that. next I tray not to confuse ya sorry about that.

yes I know hopefully more players find them and the master sword too. but incase anyone hasn't found them yet, now we know about the octo rocks . so upgrade them weapons til you find the way better weapons.

Nintendo should put out a "Shrine Maker" DLC. The modular nature of them makes me think that probably wouldn't be too difficult to implement. Maybe add in a small island somewhere with a new Shrine on it, and every time you go in it would serve up a random player-made Shrine. I would like a little more functionality than that, but that alone would be pretty neat.

Well, they definitely demonstrated some ability for a Mario Maker like game for Zelda...

i would make my shrine use motion controls just to piss people off.

meh i hate this 'you can only get ____ with Amiibo'... I saw Epona was one of the extras... thats BS.

Found it. Kind of curious how you would be able to fight it.

Probably have to paraglide in and hit it with arrows. I need to kill it to get some item it drops to upgrade my blue Champion shirt. Not sure when I'm gonna get around to fighting Mr. Dragon. The last one I fought was a huge pain.

The weapon breaking thing to me isn't a negative per say, it just feels like a pointless thing to annoy you for no reason. As said by others, there is plenty of weapons lying around or that you can get so it's not like you have to really challenge yourself or anything. It's just...there.

I feel the same way about the stamina bar, too, though. I have yet to find any real purpose it serves outside annoyance. It doesn't really seem to affect combat in any way. It's just...there.

I'm pretty sure Epona is just a good horse that you unlock, though. I think you can still find a horse just as good in the wild.

IMO the horses are pretty useless so I'm not bothered by not getting Epona. I think I've used a horse once. Otherwise I just walk/run.

What's worse is the Zelda SSB amiibos have been out of print for months and the 30th Anniversary amiibos probably aren't going to be re-printed either. When they release the Majora's Mask and Skyward Sword 30th Anniversary amiibos, pick them up if you want them.

I actually have that Amiibo but I have never opened it and I hate that I can't scan it without opening it. Still, BS it exist. Especially considering they aren't in production anymore.

I finally got [blackout] the master sword[/blackout] ... thinking it would be some 55 damage weapon or something... but nope lol

I may not have come across them yet, but I miss the hook shot... and from Link to the Past, the fire and ice rods.
