That looks awesome. Of course it gives a lot away regarding the current arc, but still...awesome. Interesting new uniform Cyke has (it has to be him), but I suppose certain elements would no longer be needed from the old outfit.

Do we know if Cyclops is gonna be "visorless" in the rest of X-titles (when he appears) after this arc is done or if he's gonna be visorless just for Astonishing?

Maybe at the end of the Torn arc he gets his visor back but they just made him visorless for the preview so that it doesn't spoil it. And the real cover is him with his visor.

Good to see Emma is still with the team after all the Hellfire business. I might be a minority or in the majority, but either way, I'm a fan. I can't see Cyclops maintaining his optic control past this arc...only because the visor is his trademark. While it's a cool change-up for awhile, his visor makes him stand out.

I'm finding that alot of people like Emma. So its not much of a minority anymore. She's a really cool character.

I love the idea of Cyclops being able to control his optic blasts, but the only problem, which for me is a major problem is that he loses his visual. In a sense, Cyclops is the visor.

He wouldn't really be called Cyclops anymore if he retained the control forever.

Maybe he has can turn his optic rays on an off but he can't focus the beam without his visor. Cyclops can't be Cyclops without his visor, so I hope he gets it back eventually
