True as long as the characters are the same the costumes are not that important

I'm looking forward to Superman returning to his normal costume. It's not especially changed, but the changes are somehow all the more disconcerting for that.

I strongly dislike the Harley design; it doesn't suit her at all, and if it's indicative of changes to her personality, that will suck.

Meanwhile, Deadshot doesn't even have his wrist-mounted guns. They've turned him into Generic Mercenary Man.

Red Robin's costume is fine, but when I see it all I can think of is the Falcon. Maybe Tim can be Sam's kid sidekick? Cap had one, I think Falcon deserves one too.

Wonder Girl's costume is better than the tank top and jeans. I like it. I like the little Red Riding hood cap as well. Of all the new costumes, hers is the only one I like better than the previous one.

Superboy looks like crap.

Kid Flash looks okay but the mohawk is freaking stupid. Wally's KF costume continues to be the best.

The other characters look stupid.

Cassie's costume is fine for Generic Superhero Lass #7, but absolutely nothing about it says "Wonder Girl."

What are they trying to accomplish with that new look for Conner?! I mean, really.... dude better get a real costume by issue 2.

Well, it has the starfield thing going from Donna's costume, but then again, that's Donna's costume. They should have done that and given her the eagle symbol, then given her a belt and blue pants. But I just don't like costumes that have jeans in them. Anyone can go to the mall and buy a pair of jeans.

Given that marriage has seemingly become a death sentence for characters in comic creators' eyes, I wouldn't count on anyone marrying anyone else after the relaunch unless they've historically been more successful or popular as a married couple. The Dibnys, for example, I could see getting married again (assuming they still exist at all). Superman and Lois? Bruce and Catwoman (or any of his many ladies)? I think not.
