There's a line. In the original Titans series Starfire was very open about her sexuality and was an extremely loving individual who often encouraged others around her to express with their own feelings,that's what I'd call a "sexually liberated woman."
This version casually ****s every man she meets. Now I know I'll catch flack for saying this but I wouldn't call this version liberated I'd call her a ****. If that sounds harsh I'm sorry but that's how I see it.

I have no problem at all with Starfire enjoying casual sex. Sex is fun and fabulous as long as its between consenting adults and theres no such thing as a woman having too much sex. Casual sex and enjoying sex doesnt make a woman a bad person. It's perfectly normal to enjoy sex and no consensual sex is bad nor is it wrong to have lots of it

Starfire's attitude toward sex is something I'm fine with. I hate when its portrayed as something dirty or taboo or something 'good girls' don't do. Sex is great whether its a casual hook up or a relationship and there's no such thing as having too much of it

I love Starfire's attitude toward sex. It was her not caring about her friends that bugged me I know that's been explained but I miss how loving and caring she was toward her friends in the Titans

Besides I once made a game out of how many straight women i could get to go bi curious in a month. I cant judge anyone elses love life .

She's had a healthy sexual relationship with Dick, and both Roy and Jason remind her of him. Only natural she's going to want to felac them.

And that wouldn't be that bad...if she actually showed any feelings for either of them. But she doesn't.

As Oberon said, what made people love the original Starfire so much was just how carin and affectionate she was for the people around her. She didn't just **** Dick Greyson, she loved him. And that gave her character depth and emotional resonance.

This current version has so far (to be fair, I dropped the book after the third issue because it was so terrible, so maybe this has changed) shows none of that depth. Now, I can see what you're trying to get at in terms of what her characterization is/should be. And honestly, that wouldn't be too bad at all. But I think the problem with that is, Lobdell is not nearly talented enough to properly characterize and convey her complex emotional and sexual feelings, so instead she just comes off looking like a dumb space ****e.

Of the four issues of Teen Titans, three issues of Superboy, and three issues of Red Hood...not at all. His concepts aren't half bad, but I haven't seen him write with any shread of subtly or enough quality to accurately translate his concepts into written reality.

Lobdell's best moment was the end of Red Hood 3. Everything else has been the very definition of average.

He won't die. There are too many reasons against killing him, popularity, DC. Getting bad press for killing children, there already being a dead Robin storyline, Grant Morrison not being a ****, etc etc...
If anyone's going to die it's his mother, based on interviews we've seen Talia's life is being heavily explored in Inc and she's basically been on the path for death ever since Rucka turned her into a villain and they decided she didn't work as a love interest.
