Such a weird toon, but I really liked it.

lol. The movie was weird too. lol. But, the great thing about the cartoon is that the new concept Burton came up with allowed for many stories to be told. Like, people want a Beetlejuice sequel but what's the point? It's like Kevin Smith said when he was offered in `97 the writing gig, "didn't we already say everything we had to say about Beetlejuice in the first one?" The cartoon, however, was opened to many tales. If they ever wanna bring Beetlejuice back to the big screen they will have to adapt the cartoon OR combine the movie with the cartoon. The only way it would work.

you know what's weird about it? For a comedy it isn't even really that funny. It only has a couple laughs, the same as your typical comedy. And it's not a horror movie either, because it's not really that scary.

It's just a really good ghoul movie. It's among my favorite all time movies.

What? The movie is HILARIOUS! The problem is that you've probably seen the movie too many times. So, it's just not funny anymore. I experience the same when I watch it since I've seen it like a million times already. But, the first time I saw this movie as a child I laughed my ass off.

I don't know why some people call it a horror movie. I guess some kids are p------ and got scared as a kid. It makes sense since I know so many people who thought Willy Wonka was scary. Dumbasses!

Agreed. :)

Yeah i love Beatlejuice, just think Keaton could of done with more screentime, also the ending makes no sense at all, where the hell did that worm come from, that was the ultimate wtf?! moment, but it was so random it was funny.

Still one of my favorites to date.

Beetlejuice, Ghostbusters, Honey I Shrunk the Kids, Stallone and Schwarzenegger in thier primes, damn I miss the 80s :csad:

One of my favorite Burton flicks. Such an original and inventive flick, I love it.

I'd love to see a Blu-Ray version soon.

I was obessesed with the movie and the cartoon when I was a kid. I'm still obsessed with the movie. :D

A shame the cartoon doesn't air anymore. The episodes where Beetlejuice posed as Lydia's cousin were always a hoot.

I like Beetlejuice. Where's the special edition DVD?!

I appreciate Beetlejuice, it is great.

However I don't think it is one of the best films ever.

BeetleJuice, BeetleJuice, BeetleJuice!
