Iron Man 3 Official crowd report for im3

I just meant that obviously a) there's a very contrived coincidence b) one of the sides is exaggerating or outright saying his/her opinion isntead of the real situation.

In my theater there were people clapping, I have to say.

Yeah I get you Divan.:yay:

I went to a midnight showing and the placed was packed. One guy was laying across seats to save them for his buddies. Some people found it amusing , but one guy started to pick a fight with him. I called it a bro fight because they ended each sentence with "bro" in a sarcastic tone. Never seen anything like it , lol.

There was lots of laughter throughout the film of course. When Killian said "Pensacola" half the crowd erupted , because we live in Pensacola , FL. Several people clapped at the end. Only four or five people left before the end credit scene. I've never seen so many people stay for the end credits.

I think I know those guys fighting in your theatre. Were they wearing red tracksuits? Did they mention anything about a Hawkguy?

The dude laying across the seats might of been wearing a track suit. I don't remember anything about a hawkguy though.

So my experience was the same as most of the stuff said here except........

some dip**** kid kept playing with an iPad on the BRIGHTEST SCREEN RESOLTUION throughout the whole film.
Probably the parents wanted to shut the kid up, so gave the iPad as a distraction.

Had that not been a kid, someone might've said something.
No one has the balls to intervene when a kid is involved with the parents near by.

Went again yesterday to a 3D showing, was a 10:45 am showing and the theater was about half full, was a good audience, laughed when they were supposed to, clapped and about half stayed through the credits, no one left or anything, my only complaint is the 3D i am just not a fan of it, I seen IM3 in both 2D and 3D, this marking the 2nd time I have seen a movie in 3D and did not enjoy it, but that is me.

Iron Man 3 was pretty epic. I saw it in 2D.
Trailers Shown:
1. Fast and Furious
2. Lone Ranger
3. Man of Steel
4. Wolverine
5. Hunger Games(lamest movie ever)

Sad that the theater didn't show the trailer for Thor: The Dark World.

I take it went something like the "brodown" on South Park?

I'd post the video but…there's a curse word in it.

Ditto on Iron Man 3...as far as trailers, the list is almost the same--no Man of Steel and switch Wolverine with White House Down (is that the correct name?) it seems like there was one or two more but I don't remember---the last couple films I've seen seem to have way more trailers than usual. And I really wanted to see MoS and Wolverine trailers on the big screen. :csad:

First time I've been to the theater in a while (for me that means since TDKR) where it was fairly packed (Evil Dead had virtually no crowds a few weeks back) and the crowd was way into the trailers as much as the film. Most of the crowd stayed to the end for the credits scene and overall, the crowd seemed to enjoy the film. A great experience all around, especially when the entire audience is into the film. :im:
