Ok, how many people here have green as their favorite color? t:

It has to be a dark green. Half because of Green Goblin (I think he looks better with a dark green) and half because I watch DBZ and I like Cell. But thats not for this thread.

I certainly hope so. I so much prefer Gobby over Iron Patriot. If I wanted to read about an Iron Man style villain, I would read Iron Man.

Agreed. Nroman going back to being the GOblin = greatness. I mean, I like Iron Patriot, but still.

Granted, I havent given Dark Reign a chance (it just doesnt appeal to me and there are far too many issues to keep up with) but I just prefer the dark, gothic and original Goblin story and look.

Oh, trust me, he's awesome as the Iron Patriot. I mean, poeple may be upset about him being Iron Patriot, but what's great is how no amtter what comics Norman is in these days, whether it's Dark Avengers, Uncanny X-Men, etc, he's always intimidating. He could explode at any moment.

I picked that piece of art because I gotta admit, I didnt hate it. Iron Patriot can look cool, other times I dont care for it. I suppose its that way with any character. I just dont like that my favorite character has become a rip off of another character (Iron Man).

And you're right, todays kids dont know nothin about blowing on cartridges. They also dont know how to take the trolly downtown, take in the new Lumière brothers film and see the Knickerbockers take on the New York Giants for nickle with enough change for a nerve tonic.

A tribute to one of my favorite Spider-Man issues ever: the ever controversial Peter Parker: Spider-Man #75. I know a lot of people dont like the Clone Saga, Ben Reilly, the disappearance of baby May and the fact that Norman "returned from the dead," so I can understand the hate for this issue as it features all four.

I love it because it does bring back my favorite character of all time. Its been a while since I read the original "Revelations" but I forgot how well written it was (for the most part.) Peter and Ben really did become brothers of a sort and then Norman tore them apart. It really is one of Norm's finer moments, one that has been over looked over the years due to reluctance to even mention the Clone Saga. Shame.

I hate to say it, but who thinks that Norman is headed for the big dirt nap? He's made a lot of very powerful enemies as the head of H.A.M.M.E.R.: Moon Knight, Deadpool, Punisher, Doctor Doom, Wolverine, Sentry and who knows who else. None of these guys play nice.

These games usually give you alternate costumes. For example, Spider-Man has the classic red-and-blues, and then he has the Iron Spider costume from Civil War as an alternate. The Fantastic Four have their 616, and then their Ultimate uniforms as alternates. Venom has the Mac Gargan symbiote look, and then his alternate is the sleeker, Eddie Brock look. In this instance, Gobby has Green as a regular, and Hobs as the alternate.

I rather like Hogoblin look - reminds of the 'Secret War' Hobgoblin that ran around for a while. One thing I dont like is no cape...come on! Thats a staple of Hobbie!
