It's supposed to be Secret War, according to the game.

I rather like Hogoblin look - reminds of the 'Secret War' Hobgoblin that ran around for a while. One thing I dont like is no cape...come on! Thats a staple of Hobbie!

Hey.....you're right! Booo no cape!

Other than that, nice job.

Well I tried my hand at drawing the villain who practically invented the reason you don't let your secret identity get out if you are a superhero. I can't draw bodies to save my life, but I'm pleased with it...the doodle in my notebook was a little better though. It will probably look better when I make edits and stuff...

Hello, I'm definitely new to this thread. Have you guys ever seen this website? It's a kickass Green Goblin timeline. I didn't create it, I just thought GG fans would like it. Later.

I only glanced at it but it looks like a cool site. Thanks for the heads up.

I like it. Can't wait to see it when you make your edits and stuff.

Norman Osborn lives! :wow: :gg: :bomb:

Actually he's a politician from Georgia but still, wow......

I swear I was just going to post that lol

Anyway, I don't know what's more startling.... a real life Osborn or that fact that someone has that hair style in 2009

I dont see the hair as dated. To be dated, it must have been popular at one time. No one has ever seen hair like that, unless they are a comic character created by Steve Ditko.

Hmm well regardless, its freaky to see in real life lol

Truely.

And he has no idea he is being talked about on a super hero website because his hair looks like a super villain's. I bet his political opponents could use that to their advantage. Dont vote for So and So....he's secretly the Green Goblin!

If I were running against him, I'd totally do that to him.

"You know all the bile spewed forth from my opponent, how I'm 'hard on taxes', or too lenient on repeat sexual offenders. Well, I'm here today to tell you a dark secret about my opponent....or should I say...THE GREEN GOBLIN!!!"

Yeah, thats a tough smear to come back from. It does make it easier for the opponent, though.

"Yes, I've cheated on my wife, taken tax dollars for personal vacations, taxed businesses into extinction and lie lie LIE. And I would do it again in a second, with a grin. But you know what? I'm not THE GREEN ******* GOBLIN! See you at the polls." :yay:

I kind of want to do that as a commercial now.

Same here, but I get the feeling that the actual Georgia gubernatorial candidates wouldnt appreciate it. Freakin politicians have no sense of humor, which they should, considering this guys hair is the same as a super-villains. :hehe:

I remember reading a while back about a guy running for mayor and he was named Rick James, and this was when the Chapelle skit was wildly popular. Everyone stole the signs, and he ended up losing the election.

Sounds to me that he wasnt "Rick James, *****!" More like he was Rick James' *****.

What I think we can take away from this is: If we do eventually get a Spider-Man movie reboot, they can do Norman's hair the comic book way.
