yea for me i would be totally fine with ackles, hartnett, franco, worthington, and duhmel for the role. David B and Fillion like everyone else said yet they would probably be killer in the role, if the whole late 20s/early 30s is the range wb is going for the film then they are not likely going to be offered.

Fillion said he doesnt want to play Green Lantern, so I didn't bother voting for him.

Sam Worthington, Josh Harnett and Jim Caviezel are great picks IMO

Duhamel's acting is too shady for my liking.

That doesn't seem like a very good reason against Duhamel. If that's who you want, vote for him.

I'll be happy if either one is cast....so it doesn't really matter too much with me between the two.

I really think WB should look beyond that age range because its very limiting, and frankly iron man proves it. I voted for duhamel, fox and weatherly. Even though I know there is probably no chance in hell for weatherly I think he would be great.

Something about Fox that just rubs me the wrong way. His has been getting ripped apart for his acting on Lost I know that.

I think he could really do well with the emotional scenes in the movie given the roles he's played, but with fox I'm not sure they would take a risk seeing as how speedracer faired. The really amazing part about this is that we have no idea who they might cast in the role and I think the choice is going to come from left field.

For all we know, Hal is about 27 in the script, so whoever gets cast would probably be late-20s/early 30s aged. Fillion, Duhamel, Boreanaz, while all of them might be great choices, are a bit older than what they seem to be looking for.

I figure Hal would need to be older. He gets gray temple streaks at the end of the film; that would look silly on a younger actor.

And they're obviously setting up Parallax for the sequel, so an older actor would be ideal.
