Our theater has the new trailer onto prints for Saw IV and the special effects looked a ton better....for some reason.

A coughing chuckle filled his throat. He turned and leaned against the wall while he swallowed the pills. Full circle, he thought while the final lethargy crept into his limbs. Full circle. A new terror born in death, a new superstition entering the unassailable fortress of forever.
I am legend.

^ and after reading some spoilers that claim to be correct, it sounds more like a remake of omega man than a faithful adaptation of the novel. and what the hell, graphic novel? pick up the book kids, its not long.
the point of the story is loneliness and isolation... news flash... the dog must die.

the best part in the trailer imo was the last scene where the vampire screams in will ear, in the theater the crowd went nuts
smith wasn't even scaredTo which he replied, "Man, I ain't deaf...goddamn!"
I am an animal lover, especially dogs, so the idea that he is able to cure Sam is a major thumbs-up in my book. I understand changes are not looked well upon, but this is definitely one that has made me happy. When I watched the trailer, and saw the part with him picking up Sam I wanted to cry, because Sam is his only real companion. Sam loves him and is loyal to him no matter what, and the idea that he loses his companion just makes me want to cry. Can you imagine what it would be like losing your best friend and companion and being left completely alone with all these vampires after you? I hope that this change is kept in the movie.

sweetThere was a new minute long trailer tonight during Prison Break. It showed a little more of Neville driving the Mustang, hunting deer, him getting caught in the snare trap, and a lot of the vampire dogs. They used the tag line "Only the Strongest Survive" or something to that effect. It was pretty cool.
