i don't get it...is it the image size that's too big or the file size? let me know plz so i know what i'm working with....and what are the file size limitations?..it should be 100kb right?

and i also have the 'afghanistan landing' one ready but don't want to post it until i know what i'm doing wrong...file size or image size?

It's the file size. It can only be 20kb. Please post the Afghanistan landing one if you can.

just curious.....would it be possible to make another avatar of the same scene, but focusing more on the "standing up" part of the scene? So, after IM lands then rises.....a few seconds later after your scene. thanks.

Has anyone got the moment from the battle with Iron Monger when Tony is looking up at him, and then the battle damaged mask goes down over his face. I loved that moment and think it would make a great avatar. I know it was in one of the TV spots.

Could you make it better quality, if you stop it right when he lands. you don't have to bother with the standing up.

Sorry stonecoldd, I forgot to mention that 50x50 avatars are the ones that can only have 20kb. I believe 75x75 avatars can have 46kb, and 100x100 avatars can have 80kb.

o ok...so the 50x50 and 75x75 avvys should work fine then cuz they're 19.2kb and 42.3kb respectively,
only the 100x100 one needs some adjustment...
