Don't get me wrong, I agree. Although, really, last arc only dealt with Reed, so. Who knows, maybe it'll turn into some big thing with all the Reed Richards of all the dimensions, and that might turn out really totally nutty and neat. No, I'm not betting on that.I guess I'm just tired of the same alternate Fantastic Four teams with Victor instead of Reed as the leader, well, maybe I'm just tired of alternate Fantastic Four teams. I think two consecutive arcs dealing with them are too many, given Claremont has an entire Marvel Universe to play with.
But I'm kinda looking at it like this: Bedard took some good premises and railroaded them into WORSE than bad. If Claremont takes an "eh" premise and makes a halfway decent story out of it, it's still better, no?
