Yeah that'd be a good idea.

If Vulture was in this movie, who would you guys have play him?

i was just going to post in the villains casting thread with this (with the list of other casting ideas), but, since you asked
how about...Ed Harris or John Malkovich ?

Those would be great choices. But like Symbiotic said, Ben Kingsley would be another great choice.

well, i didn't feel a need to re list him, since others already mentioned him
i was just adding new names

How about Electro? I know someone mentioned Braff for Electro in a post, which could be good. I personally like Adrian Brody, what about u guys?

Brody is my choice for Dr. Strange...But if he were to be a villian, than Electro would be a pretty good fit for him.

Electro is one threat that would fantastic for the screen. Something that Cameron hit on loosely with his draft, but honestly Cameron's draft was just plain painful to read.

I agree about Cameron's take, wasn't feeling it at all.

But i'd love to see a Vulture and Electro tag team on screen.

A la Mark Millar's Marvel Knight Spider-man.

It would work without issue, but the crucial thing always comes down to how they relate to Peter's own arc or at least ordaining Sam Raimi's rules.

yeah so ive been thinking and i think braff is now my choice for electro....

I have yet to see anyone I'm really comfortable with. The problem is that the character is moving into adulthood... and there aren't many actors I can see being able to play a convincing adult Peter Parker. Except maybe Jake Gyllenhaal, but even that is... I dunno.

Zach Braff is good in comedic roles, like on Scrubs. But I dont think he is a great follow up to Tobey. I could, however, see him as being a pushover villian, like Shocker, in one of the movies, but thats still pushing it in my opinion.

Well thats the point Peter as spider man is joking all the time! I mean Zach is a joker! not a villain not Electro!

Ok, just because a guy can joke, doesn't mean he can play Spider-Man.

If we're using that logic, let's have Dane Cook play Spider-Man.

See he already have the scooter I win! :woot:
