Well, since this clip came online I swear I've watched it like 150 times lol. It gets better each time, and it's not even the finished product yet.

My two favorite shots:
After Angry Friend With Weapons stabs Peter, Peter does a flip over him and bounces off his back.
When Angry Friend With Weapons is falling off his glider and he takes his mask off then the glider comes under him (it has a tracker) and Harry gets back on it.

When I first watched that clip and saw Harry's defeat, I seriously cringed and a tear came to my eye. That looks so painful. I wasn't expecting that. I always had it as Peter just stopping him with a web and he falls to the ground. Instead he violently hit the web, hit his head on some pipes, then hit the ground. Ow. No joke.

It still makes me kinda' cringe.

But well done for them.
(turn your speakers up LOUD on that part, it's even more painful sounding)

The doubt for Sandman wa completly deserved, he was never a particuarly interesting villain, Raimi's just managed to sprinkle his magic pixie dust over him and has produced a visually awe inspiring character

Yep. I was worried it could look like the Mummy in the first movie, but the last shot of this trailer blew all my worries away.
Although Sandman was one of my favorites when I was a kid and used to see the old animated series. I remember a chapter where he robbed a diamond a SpiderMan was accused of it Nice memories!!

Well, Peter seriously seemed to be trying to kill him through out the whole thing lol.

What, he threw him off the glider (could've hit the ground and died), flung a Razor Bat right back at him (Yeah, I'm sure he was 100% sure it'd hit the shoulder, not like, I don't know, the head), then he holds a straight, tight web out as Harry, flying at like 70 MPH, hits it.

That's how my best friend and I act lol.

Don't forget that Harry was trying to kill Peter; Peter was defending himself. You can't worry about the bg while he's trying to kill you; defend yourself and sort it out later.

Notice right before Harry grabs Peter his spider sense didn't go off? It looks like they're not going make much use of the spider sense once again. That's one thing I was a little disappointed with in the first two movies. The spider sense is supposed to be Peter's secret weapon and one step ahead of his enemies.

This has been discussed, yes it did go off, look at parkers face right before harry grabs him, it changed from happy to concerned. They just didn't use the slow motion or sound effect

Also think that Harry is a friend typically. His sense is tuned for Harry, not against him. so, there's that possibility.

Peter's sense went off...he just didn't have enough time to realize what it was. He was smiling happy go lucky Peter and you can see Harry coming in the background and Peter looses the smile and gets a perplexed look and then he is swooshed up.

I agree. I really didnt want to see Sandman at all but after the recent scenes and trailers, I'm really feelin sandman right now. I cant wait to see him on the screen

I always liked Sandman. Visually he could be one of the most fun villains. Still...I want Kraven next. I dont' know why so many people want to see the Lizard.

Why kraven Advanced Dark. I think the lizard would be great becuase he ties in well with the already developed story. I really think mysterio would be a great villian as well

A lot of people are forgetting that Alfred Molina still has SM4 in his contract. I know that the fans want to see other villains on the big screen, but if they have a chance to bring hin back, they should take it. Then try to find a way to connect the dots with the story.

I'd love to see maybe Kraven in the background in Spider-Man 4 kind of cutting here and there to a brief scene of someone watching Spider-Man or tracking him then at the end of Spidey 4 have Parker be kidnapped kind of like the end of 24 last season. Then he wakes up on an Island...the hunt begings. Perhaps Dr. Conner is with him when he wakes up and there both hunted...or maybe even Frank Castle. LOL It could be very fun and quite different. I'd love to see Spidey swinging throught he Jungles.

You do realise that Kraven is actually a super villain?

As for being kidnapped and waking up on some island, that sounds kind of lame and I just dont see it happening in the movies. Lizard and Kraven for sm4. Kraven should bring his lions, bears and elephants with him to go lay the smackdown on spidey....in NY How sick would that be?

harry's father
his mentor
his best friend
his uncle's killer

and if conners does as well it would also be his teacher.


another point is that kraven and the lizard could easily be in the same film and not step on each other's toes...
