OK I loved the issue especially the Jean bit at the start and end. All I've to say about the next issue is bring it.

I loved this issue too and especially the fact that Jean is back in the action and she's interacting with more people than those goblins. And about the Magician, I guess he was just a fan of the X-Men who wanted to be one of them

While this is finally picked up some steam, it was not the greatest improvement. I'm sure no one was gasping at Jean's apperance since the arc was evidently geared towards it. The only thing that I liked was Cyclops beam to the back and that's about it.

Hopefully with Jean's apperance things can finally get interesting.

loved the fight between Magician and the X-men, so he might or is a bad guy I don't like after what he done and poor Kitty. And Jean coming in at the end was cool it was like haha

Talking about this last issue, did you notice they messed up the coloring with Colossus in one panel? He was supposed to be wearing the X-suit but he appears all metalled up. Then in the next panel where he appears he's wearing the x-suit again.

And about the Kitty thing, I think she's really hurt because she looked down in every panel after the Magician attacked her. The others tried to bring her around she couldn't talk a lot. Anyways, nothing the Phoenix can't fix lol.

I don't know if it's the thread to mention this, but does anyone think that maybe wolverine is responsable for cable's scars in the future?

I don't know but I think that if this cable turns out to be cyclops and jean grey's son maybe wolverine was jealous about scott having a baby with jean and killed cyclops or/ and scratched the baby's face. I know it may sound stupid but I think it's an option on why is cable trying to kill wolverine.

Didn't Kirkman said he wasn't anybody's son/father/brother/whatever?? Anyways, I can't see Wolvie doing that to Jean's son. He wouldn't do it just because his love to Jean

Kirkman did say that Cable isn't the son of anyone - that, basically, while he would be from the future, he wouldn't share the same origin as Nathan Dayspring Askani'son Summers Cable who is also known as Priscilla.

But looking at the original Oliver-drawn picture of him, with the three scars across his face, I did toss out the idea that Wolverine had caused them (which also kinda ties into the Mike Turner cover, which has Wolverine in the background rather than with the group, and seemingly brooding). Of course, this theory is possibly smashed upon the rocks given that Cable IS from the future, but if Wolvie's more or less immortal, it could be one of those things.

Oh yes, I loved his stuff. Especially him and BKV.

And I hate that Oliver is coming back, but the cover with Cable and Wolverine isn't that bad.

it was the last issue of the return of the king story arc, I don't know the exact issue # but I know its the last issue of that arc.
