I don't get why Kirkman suddenly turned ultimate Kurt insane. There was absolutely no build up to it, no hints, nothing...and then its just BAMF! Kurt's crazy. It shows what a mediocre writer Kirkman is.

Was it just all of a sudden in the second annual (which I just got but haven't read yet)? Like, was he just crazy then? Or were their other issues that involved this because I need more.

Oh lord. 616 Storm annoys me now....I hate the whole "African goddess" angle!!

That's the reason why I never be able to like 616 Storm as well, took me some time to figure it out...the way she talks, makes me feel like I have to lift up my head to litsen to what she's saying all the time, but after a while I just don't want to listen anymore coz my neck is killing me.

I believe that Kirkman may have began to hint at his feelings towards Dazzler, but the entire crazy Kurt came out of no where. Annual 2...he is just suddenly crazy.

As Colossal implies, characters can change throughout universes, then why should Scott stay with Jean in every damn universe??!?!?! It's so insipid, trite, banal, bad and just shows how this writers sucks rotten eggs and squirrel nuts. Come on. Be CREATIVE. Like make Cyclops gay, or Jean a lesbian or a hermaphrodite. Or make Logan an actual squirrel. Come on. It's so predictable.

And at any rate, Ultimate Storm is so useless. Give her something to do!!!! Dammit!

Jean becomes a lesbian is ok, but hermaphrodite seems a little extreme, I wonder how the writers can pull it off...
Logan...a squirrel with claws? Then he'll need to change his codename.
As for Storm...she becomes a little weird after Beast died, then she just goes downhill after that. I don't know what those writers are thinking, she actually was pretty cool at first.

I was actually joking about Jean being a hermaphrodite and Logan being Squirrel Boy.

It's just annoying that in another universe, Jean and Scott still become a couple. It's like the hangover they never had with him being with Emma no in 616. I mean, should Jean always exist WITH a man? She's like the virginal w---e. No offense to Jean fans. But it's just typical Jean.

Yeah, Jean and Scott ALWAYS being together is very stale. I dunno if it's lack of creativity or Marvel doing whatever it has to do to get the books to sell.

Well yeah I agree on that, and the Fantastic four where they but other wise it wasn't that good lol.

I had a problem with the art in that issue it just was not good really lol, I just didn't like it much as other ones.

I like Scott and Jean being together in 616 universe actually, but since Ultimate is an alternative universe, I kind of hoped Scott would be with Wanda when he went to Savage Island, I just think at least Scott should
get to be with some other girl(s) in this series. Why do the writers always make Logan be the one like walking sexual appeal machine? I've never found that guy attractive in any way.

This book is not half as bad as people make it out to be.....not worth buying...even being the only X-book out this week...turning Cyclops into a sucker for love is..........Jean/Scott in the ultimate universe seemed so forced....it been written so wrong since the beginning......I skipped the part with Pyro.....but Scott was written great at the successor of the school.....him sitting at the headmaster desk...looked so 616......everybody drawn has too much wrinkles all over the faces ....but I enjoyed this random X issue

...if you forgot Kurt came from Millar's cynical Weapon X project where he was force to be an assassin....so Kurt going insane is not mediocre writing at all...far from it....
