thats what Ive been thinking. It happened in Date Night. The doc said they'd make their own Wolverine.


I dont think Kitty will die. Isnt she still dating Spiderman? I dont think Marvel will let Kirkman kill her off if Bendis is still using her

I'm thinking Jean will die and this will kick off the real Ultimate Phoenix Saga. Maybe that's why cable is after the professor, because of something to do with Jean. I'm thinking this because the beginning of the issue focused heavily of Xavier, Jean's new powers, and Xavier's relationship with lilandra. I feel they are likely all connected to cable.

The cover art for #69 was done by Ben Oliver.

The Phoenix fight with Magician in #74 was a two page spread. I didn't know what you wanted so I scanned them both. .

If anyones gonna die i reckon itll be Kurt, it kinda seems like they're bastardising him so that he can eventually redeem himself and he may do that by dieing to stop Cable. As for Cable i can see his origin having something to do with the DNA Sabertooth got from Wolverine. It'll be interesting to see.

Also hopefully we'll see more of those back-up stories with Cannonball Havok and Sunspot.

She is great, altho majorally under-used lately...

It would be nice if they decided to kill off Wolverine!!

But I think it could be Rogue or Iceman or if not one of those two then either Colossus or Kitty...

Personally, I am getting a little tired of the X-Men Ultimate series. Stuff keeps happening that just isn't right.
I don't even think I will renew end of the year. Its just "blah" to me.

I like Kurt but from what I've heard he's gonna turn into a real like dick before long.

Don't worry; Charles is gonna give the "One Flew Over The Cuckoos Nest" treatment....a lobotomy of psychic proportions.

3 of my fav mutants. I think all UXM should be 2x sized and it should be 1/2 Xavier Institute and 1/2 Academy Of Tomorrow. Hell, they can even charge an extra dollar or two for it; I'd pay.

Like a lot of other potential stories; I thought they wer esettign it up for later. (Juggernaut and the Cytorrak gem, Magneto and Longshot, Sabertooth and Wolverine's relationship, etc)
