Why isn't he a blue fur ball anymore? Could he be a clone from Weapon X and if so does that mean there could be clones of all the Weapon X mutants?

God I hope not. It'd just give them another reason to create a new version of Wolverine. I'm so sick of his character.

Xavier lets Cable kill him. Cable escapes. Bishop gets left behind in the present. Those are the big ones.

I wonder what his logic was behind that move. It makes no sense... Or does it?

he hardly lets cable kill him xavier says your life ends now to him before the place is blew up. best line in the whole book 'bobby drake , right, the legend! its been an honour to kick your ...

well we don't know if its the immediate future or a long lasting slow character arc

but it will be fun if they start planting the seeds for us to spot

Wait, so
Xavier is the one who dies?! Which issue dfes Cable come? I need to get that all the way to the lates issue!

And will this be Beasts first return since his death back in Ultimate X-men #45?

the cable arc id from 75 to 78. and yes that does happen.
and yes 'beast' returns from the apparent dead- should be some good storm scenes in the issue considering they were together before he died

^Yeah thats what I was thinking. And from what I've been hearing, she hasn't been up to anything since.:csad:

Wouldn't that kind of help to explain why Cable is like Wolverine but not? I don't know I've not read any of Cable yet.

Marvel has posted its solicits for April. Big spoiler inside!

The Story: “CLIFFHANGER” Part 1 (of 1)

Yay:wow: :woot: :woot: I knew it

Okay, I picked up #78 today and
I was a bit dissappointed. Xavier's death sort of came from nowhere. I found this issue a tad bit boring, but I'm guessing ut's because I skipped 75-77. The action stood out to me and thats sort of what caught my attention but the rest wasn't good enough IMO.

I just can't seem to get over how awful and awesome 78 was. I'm delighted and appalled at it. Am I the only one?

Decent dialog, another Law and Order "shocking" twist, and the potential for a "great" story in Bishop (which we know won't turn out well thanks to the current writing staff" speaking of, my poor Rolo *sniff* I see bad things in your future...

Ugg, I feel meh, but hopeful. I know I shouldn't. :(

Beast is returning, but why. His exit was random and out of left field. I am so worried about that. If he's coming back, than woe is the world of the "realistic" Ultimate universe.

Woah, too many sarcastic quotes for one post, so that means I'm done.

Xavier lets Cable kill him. Cable escapes. Bishop gets left behind in the present. Those are the big ones.

Ok so Cable is gone for good?
I hope so. Kirkman really screwed him up. What a waste.

Is it ever explained what exactly Xavier is supposedley supposed to do that ruins the world in Cable's future? Is this possible terrible future ever shown?

Its so weird, as usual. Kirkman finished the arc without actual telling a GD story. He did it with The Magician, The Phoenix and now with The Cable/Bishop thing.

Did we ever find out anything specific or essential about Elliot, no! What a waste of glossy paper that was.

Is Jean the Phoenix. Who the f*** knows? Is the dead red bird essentially evil? Again, WHO KNOWS. The who-what-where-and WHY was never revealed.

So here it is the end of the Cablerine arc and what do we know.
Well Cablerine want's Xavier dead at all costs and hates Bishop, and Bishy may or may not be a Rolo baby, and wants Xavier alive at any and all cost. Apparently they have had a falling out and now Bishy is stuck. Sucks to be him cause now he isn't going to do anything, like everyone else.
Here it is the big question of Kirkman's run...WHY did this happen? Did that man take a single journalism class?

What does Cable have to do with Wolverine??? Was something mentioned in 75-77??

for some reason I couldn't find volume 14 anywhere, so can someone fill me in on what I missed before I read volume 15? Thanks.
