Well Since Psylocke was named dropped and seen in the last issue, I would have to say it is Psylocke. But her appearance does seem to resemble Jubes more.

Well Betsy did join the school and not Bishop's team.

Am a little confused over the money situation - I thought that the Shiar guys were going to invest major coinage in the school, and with the prodigal son Scott remaining its not like the Xavier way of doing things would be dead and buried.

Anyone from the East is depicted as having black hair HIGHLIGHTED blue-like. The way the hair is drawn here reminds me more of Native American hair, thus, Dani Moonstar.
