THat was an amazing clip. I do agree with the guy on that site that said it didn't sound anything like hugo weaving (unless he does the rest of the movie), so what's the point of paying so much money for him. i'm sure they could have gotten someone much cheaper.

Their budget was far less, sometimes even half, what other films were made with.

Who says they paid him a lot? He is not a big time Hollywood actor.
