This argument reminds me of how doc ock knew Peter was meeting MJ at that restaranut. It's possible that MJ calls a cab the same time each day after work, and Peter knew that time- and that information was given to Eddie through the symbiote.

how can this be the same as with dock ock?
ock was following peter and then he saw that he is with MJ. and since he was with a girl he kidnaped her.

in spidey 3 eddie first had to knwo that MJ will call a taxi and then he had to be waiting for her outside.
makes no sense to me.
