Hah. Does Nolan care that there are still people (fans) out there who can't get over Ledger as The Joker? No. He's doing what he feels is right for this movie. What HE feels is right. If that means including Holmes, then you can bet she'll be in it. He's not going to listen to a bunch of whining children when it comes to removing a character that might still be important to the storytelling.
