I'll go for blueish dawn, same simple bat sequence wiping to Joker's crew on the way to the bank.

Keep it the way it was in the dark knight teaser, but change the damn music, make it symphonic dark gothic opera, get the audience hype, I want Nolan to establish the tone, feeling and mood, everything dark, after all the title says it all, THE DARK KNIGHT.
P.S. SLow ass news man, anyone from hong kong with some batnews they can share?
You're the brave one !t:

That's perfect.
************
Same beats from Begins as the monochrome WB and DC logos come up on screen.
The Bats form with the bluish tint MiniBond posted above. They then form a huge Bat which solidifies into the Bat symbol and then breaks away ala the teaser (sans Joker card). The symbol completely breaks away and the screen flashes white. It then fades to black, and gradually opens up again with the first scene.

Nolan doesn't believe in opening titles.Hey guys,
As you can tell by the thread title, what would you guys think about TDK having an opening titles sequence similar to that in the Spider-Man franchise?
I understand that in Batman Begins we didn't see the title until the end since Batman had yet to truly "begin".
However, now that Hans Zimmer has told us that we will hear the new full Batman theme in TDK since Batman has earned it now, why don't we have an opening titles sequence.
I know its not a major part of the film but since this film is part of a franchise and not a standalone film, what better way of pumping up the fans?
I remember getting pumped for SM2 and SM3 when listening to the theme music and I think alot of Bat fans will too.
Personally, I'd like to see a titles sequence in the vein of SM2 and 3 that recap the story of Batman Begins thus far. This will be especially effective since it seems there will be connections to BB. Or would you guys like to see a simpler titles sequence with just the theme ala Batman 89? Or something in between with maybe just stills of promotional pictures and credits while the theme plays?
Many other franchises such as Star Wars and James Bond have titles sequences, why not Batman?
What do you guys think?

Wow. That is pretty awesome there, MiniBond. Good job!!
And can you try it in maybe purple & green tint too? I just want to see how it look in Joker's colors. I don't mean put the 2 tint together. Just seperately 2 different tint with purple & green.![]()
people knew that they went to saw batman. but nolan just teaset the bat symbol at the beginning. and he himself said that the reason why batman begins was not at the beginning is because he was not batman at that time. at the end the title batman begins fits 100%.No, I wouldn't want an opening title sequence like that of Spider-Man's. Begins didn't have opening credits, TDK should keep to the same style of the bat symbol forming in the sky.
I agree with Monk, I only like opening titles when they're done in a creative way.
purple? wooow lets go back to batman & robin.
