One of the few scenes this movie absolutely NEEDED...

We get 3 awesome visuals of semi -> robot form..... but not once do we get robot -> semi..

hmm i didnt even think about that. we KINDA saw him go from protoform to the semi but only like the VERY VERY last bit of the transformation

Yeah, but that wouldn't really be that cool, his transformation takes FOREVER. I wonder if we will ever see a transformation interrupted in the movies, that would be kind of cool. I would've loved a Jazz to Car transformation.

We got Jazz -> Car VERY briefly when Sector 7 took Sam and the chick.

I would have loved to see Optimus do a Barricade type transformation, running toward the screen then transform into the semi at full speed.

Yeah but like I said, he transforms too slowly to look good I think.

i think his transformation was slowed down for us, while in real time, it's quite fast

Wow I never thought about that. While it would have been cool I don't think it was needed.

After all who do we see transform from their robot mode to vehiculer mode?

Blackout (barely)

Although it would have been awesome if when Prime "Autobot's Roll out" they all would have transformed then and there.

But hey that is what sequels are for

Yet another scene people "filled in" with their imagination. I almost laughed my ass off when he said that and they RAN not rolled out. What a gip.
