Transformers Orci answers movie questions

Some great answers to some great questions, now I am really pumped for an extended edit release on DVD.

Not to mention Frenzy killed all those humans, and he just let him do it.

when was this? Frenzy was on Air Force One when he did that. Barricade had no control over what happened on the plane. in the case that he did allow Frenzy to kill sometimes extreme things have to be done to maintain ones cover

Cant wait for the sequel:up:

Interesting how, like most people, they feel Jazz was screwed over in terms of mourning his death

Ugh...I'd just let the Barricade/Prowl thing go. I don't think this theory is strong enough to put into a film..

Jazz was given a cheap death. Five more seconds to mourn his death would've made it better.

Interesting Read.

The prowl/barricade thing could be really interesting for the sequel.

He was featured in the script, but as the writers loved the subversiveness of a Decepticon police car (which became Barricade), he was removed

I myself hate the idea of Prowl being Barricade! Barricade was pretty convincing of being a evil sob. In the comic Barricade is killed by Prime, Imagine they choose not to include that in the movie at last min figuring they would use him in the next Transformers movie but didn't have any other affects of him leaving or showing what happened. I hope he stays the evil bastard he is supposed to be and we get Prowl as another character in another movie. Face it people are saying this because Prowl was a police car in the old show. If he was Prowl don't you think he would have helped get the All Spark at the end of the movie, if he was an Autobot.

Very nice to see him speak about the 'Devastator easter egg' and 'movie 2' in the same sentence.

This answer bothers me:

1.) Prime intended to use the Allspark to repower Cybertron as it was intended. Megatron wants to abuse it by creating Transformers directly, which makes souless, primal Transformers.

How the heck then were TF's cretaed in the first place 'with souls'...the Quintessons..?

^Yeah that answer in no way answers the question.

It would be awesome to see a Prowl vs Barricade scene in TF2. That is, if they give Prowl some character development...if not, then I'd prefer not to see him in there.

I guess coupled with Cybertron, the Allspark makes normal Transformers... the "natural" way. Megatron wanted to use the Allspark by itself to "clone" soulless Transformers directly.

the way i saw the allspark making decepticons was simply because every piece of technology on earth was reversed engineered from megatron. his "dna" was in all machinery...and thats why they were "born bad".

I get that part, but it doesn't explain how the Allspark can create only mindless TF's on earth but on Cybertron it can create TF's with souls .

Maybe there's a Mrs. Allspark back on Cybertron to handle that part.

Does it bother anyone that we had to use Megatron to create technology? I mean haha that makes us about useless, human race I mean. I always hate when movies make the idea of humans inventing computers and such from using Alien Technlogy, makes us about useless.

Somewhat of a big plot hole there. Megs came to transform out technology but he landed on earth about 1000 years ago, yeah good luck transforming a horse chariot Megatron :whatever:

Earth was only specified because it was the planet they were currently on. Megatron intented to use the Allspark on any planet which contained advanced technology. He came to Earth looking for the Allspark, not to create an army. Waking up in a technology filled planet was a bonus.

Does anyone have a link to those Transformer Comics? The Prequel and movie comic thing ... and there was another.

PM me! Thanks :)

I swear in the scene where they are scooping up the dead Decepticons you can clearly see a smashed up police car door
