I can understand, I do get it. I think it matters with your degree of devotion to the characters. If you're more passive about it, it really doesn't matter about the changes.

And most comic book nerds get a bad rap for this. You always hear people who'll read a book that gets made into a movie, and the "book readers" will complain about this and that, and most people seem to understand. But if you're a comic book reader, you're then just some fanatical "fanboy" you eats cheetos in his mothers basement, and complains just to complain.

But I do understand why. I can get that way with Batman. t:

I absolutely love the original origins from the very first comic but I'm always open to new interpretations as long as they aren't absolutely ridiculously stupid

The idw series is so worth it. I love how they retooled the origins but keep the true spirit of the turtles, Casey, april, and splinter.

Couple things about those pics, Leo's nose is terrible. That is really my only complaint at this point about their looks, well aside from the fact that Mikey looks like Shrek and Whoopi had a baby. Anyways, the other thing is, wasn't Mikey wearing Nike's in some of the shots, I remember people saying that Nike should release them as a special edition shoe. Just something I found odd, sorry for nitpicking

I can't wait to see this movie. I only see 3 or 4 movie a year now, instead of 10 a month, and this is one of them. It looks so fun, and the turtles spirit seems intact.
