So happy. They better follow that up with another season of Go On, though. Best new comedy of last season. I can take or leave The New Normal.

It was pretty obvious that this show was getting renewed. With the Office and 30 Rock ending, 1600 Penn and Whitney failing, and Up All Night falling apart, NBC needs to keep a few comedies in place.

It had been speculated for weeks that Parks and Rec was coming back. TVLine.com said it was a sure fire bet. This wasn't a surprise, but it's good news.

My physic Mexican third eye knew nbc wouldn't cancel this. So excited for another season though nbc better give them a full season pick up and not that 12 thing they tried to do.

I see 7th season being their last.

Pratt will probably miss a few episodes, or they'll need to write the first few episodes in such a way that his scenes can be shot quickly, mostly separate from the rest of the cast

Which still seems insane to me, depending on just how much overlap there was between the two.

With uncertainty over the rest of their comedies, they cannot.

This show as well as Community and Whitney renewed last year were why NBC officially announced the final seasons of 30 Rock and The Office last year.
