I like Alicia Witt, I'd also consider Alyson Hannigan (Buffy the Vampire slayer, American Pie) both would be good Pepper Potts,IMO.

I always thought of her as Tony's "Munniepenny". I don't think she should be too hot, unless she's going to be the love interest as well. Alyson Hannigan could be good. Alicia Witt looks too smokin' to me(somebody put that girl out!).

Witt certainly has "the look" for the role, I'll give her that. Though I've never seen her act before, so I'm not at the least 100% on what her resume is. However, I feel like there are PLENTY of more choices for the role of Pepper. I'm curious if Favreau already has an actress in mind...

If it's possible, I'd love to see Bethany Cabe in one of the films. I said before in another thread, that I see her working better in a sequel if the "alcoholism" plot is used and explored. Mainly because she's one of the few women who helped Stark through those days.

Emily Deschanel would make a great candidate. Even for Pepper as well, in my opinion.
