I'm so ready for this panel. Fangirling here
http://www.superherohype.com/news/309749-marvel-studios-adds-yet-another-movie-to-2018
Given the addition of the May 4, 2018 date, my guesses:
PHASE THREE:
July 17, 2015: Ant Man
May 6, 2016: Captain America 3
July 8, 2016: Dr. Strange
May 5, 2017: Thor 3
July 28, 2017: Guardians Of The Galaxy 2
November 3, 2017: Black Panther
May 4, 2018: Avengers 3
PHASE FOUR (so far):
July 6, 2018: Captain Marvel
November 2, 2018: Ant Man 2
May 3, 2019: Dr. Strange 2
There is a 10-month gap in the announced schedule (between 7/8/16 and 5/5/17). That feels like a long time, given the frequency of these releases. I wouldn't be surprised to see a November 2016 date announced this week.
kinda disappointed nothing else was announced. But we'll hear them all eventually
Da ****, they didn't announce anything besides GotG2?
We may see some news trickle out over the course of the next year, but I'm guessing they'll save the official Phase III announcement for next year.
I think so too, as next year Phase 2 will end with AoU.
Well probably get another movie unvealed before next comic con.
The other 2016 release.
So the first 2017 movie wasn't announced but the second was? Why not just confirm that it's Thor 3 in May which we all know it is just to get it over with.
The last 2017 movie is probably Captain Marvel, then 2018 will bring Hulk 2, Black Panther and Inhumans. Like Feige has mentioned Black Panther back in 2006. We have enough release dates that one film is going to be BP. Just announce a release date already so we can at least say thank you!
I don't think they'll wait until 2019 for A3. That most certainly will be in the May 2018 slot.
