what im thinking, how are they white and still not be the White Crown Phoenix. is that just cause their costume is white doesn't mean they are the White Crown. i figured that since Good Phoenix of Jean is green was because Marvel Girl was green/yellow. so the Phoenix takes on her first uniform. Dark phoenix red and black just cause well those are the colors of evil. so her's like Emma Phoenix outfit would be white, since her x-men uniform is white. When she was Dark, she was just black also the color of evil. [if u remember when Emma was turning into Dark Phoenix in Endsong b4 that black outfit she was in that white outfit also] so them being white doesn't mean they are the White Crown.

I have one complaint about the final page. The text had Emma saying

but Emma didnt look mad at all. I wish the art had more expression and emotion in her face

If the Cuckoss were going to have a mother I should of been a 100% emma!!!...The Pheonix custome blue with the golden Pheonix looked really great....seems like Mindee is the pheonix now and emma is mad!!!!...

First:

Learning that the members of the Hellfire Club were under attack by the Upstarts, Emma contacted the X-Men for help and they came to another party she was hosting. Suddenly, Trevor Fitzroy teleported in, ready to attack the White Queen while his personal Sentinels were slaughtering the Reavers in Australia. Donald Pierce tried to escape and ordered Gateway to take him to the person responsible, but a few Sentinels followed him into the warpgate. They emerged at the Hellfire party and one of the first Sentinel blasts hit Emma Frost. Empath thought her dead, not feeling any emotions from her.

Despite the X-Men’s good intentions, the Hellions were killed one by one by either Fitzroy or the mutant hunting robots, who finally started to attack Jean Grey. In the last instant, Jean managed to transfer her consciousness into Frost’s comatose body. When she later awoke, she discovered that Fitzroy had claimed it as a prize but she took him by surprise when she managed to generate a telekinetic field in the White Queen’s body. Later, the X-Men retrieved her and Xavier helped her back into her own body, while the comatose Emma was brought to the mansion’s sick bay. [Uncanny X-Men #281-284]

And women have a lot more than a thousand eggs in just one ovary, so yes, it's plausible that Sublime too that many from her.

That's kinda wierd... the whole cukoo Emma connection, I like it, but I'm worried because of what AXM is doing now. Why am I worried? I dont want a great new avenue of characterization to open up and then to potentially lose Emma. 'Specially cause I really like Emma. With that said. I really want to start dropping series and I feel as though this should be dropped, but it's got two issues left so I'm gonna keep it, but I feel as though Pak can do better.

The color of the Phoenix's costume isn't nearly as important as the title. Rachel wore red when she was the Phoenix, which is what Jean wore when she went crazy and evil, but Rachel was largely uncrazy and unevil. And Jean wore red again during X-Men Revolutions and was mentally just fine, even though her powers were again on the rise.

Not sure how I feel about Emma being the Cuckoos' "mother." I thought their relationship was just fine without that little retcon.

How is Emma the mother of the Cuckoos? Judging by the old panels someone posted, it has something to do with the time she was out of service. Did Sublime steal her eggs and make offspring? How did he fertilize the eggs? Do the Cuckoos have a father?

I never thought of that!!!! ....but she is still and infant..maybe she is a test tube baby???......I thougt the original one was the Cuckoo that flew off last issue

I dont think Emma will actually be holding any babies in the issue. The cover is just symbolic of the recent revelation that she's a mother
